FAQ - MERCHANDISE
How can I locate an item I am searching for at a Kirkland’s store?
Kirkland’s utilizes a six-digit stock number for tracking our merchandise, along with other descriptive characteristics. In order to locate an item, please first try contacting your local Kirkland’s store. If this store does not have the item in stock, please then email our Guest Service department with a thorough description, including the six-digit stock number if possible.

Can I check inventory of an item at a particular store?
Yes. Each specific store can check its inventory to see if a particular item is in stock. While there is not currently an online database set up for guests to browse store inventories, please feel free to contact a store near you directly.

If a merchandise collection has been discontinued and is no longer available at Kirkland’s, can I purchase it directly from the manufacturer or will you locate it at another retailer?

At Kirkland’s, we strive to find items that are new and unique. To make room for our newly arriving products, we have to discontinue items from time to time. Many of our products are exclusive to Kirkland’s, so quite often the manufacturer stops production when the item is discontinued.

Can I order a replacement part for an item you no longer carry?

Frequently, product offerings are discontinued in our stores to make room for fresh, new products. Because many of our products are made exclusively for Kirkland’s, the vendor does not produce or stock any replacement parts.

Can the furniture I purchase at Kirkland’s be used outside?

Generally, Kirkland’s furniture is not intended for outside use, unless the furniture is specifically marked as being outdoor safe. Look for phrases like “Suitable for outdoor use” on product packaging or hangtags for more details. Even in these cases, it is always best to keep furniture under a covered porch area rather than directly in the sun and other weather elements.
