FAQ - myRESERVATION Enjoy FREE shipping from our distribution center to your local store! Convenient pick up locations! Reserve items before they are available in stores! You get what you want without driving store–to–store! When do I pick up my reserved merchandise? The items on your reservation list should arrive at your store approximately 7-10 business days after your reservation is processed. (It may take up to 48 hours to process a reservation.) When your reservation is ready to be picked up, you will receive notification from Kirkland’s letting you know your merchandise is ready to be picked up. Pickup hours are generally 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. (Contact the specific store for exact store hours.) Once your reservation arrives at the store, you will have 20 days to pick up your merchandise before it is returned. What are the steps to reserve the items I want? Log in or create your account. Select from our eligible merchandise (those marked with a checkmark icon). Reserve your merchandise and select the store you want the item(s) shipped. Pick up your merchandise in store. It’s that easy! What are the Limitations & Exceptions? Exceptions: Because a Kirkland’s store is the only place you can pick up myRESERVATION merchandise, you will not be able to ship items to the following states: AK, CO, HI, ID, MA, ME, MT, NE, NH, ND, NM, OR, SD, UT, VT, WA, WV, WY. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time to the store. Limitations: Packages DO NOT ship from our distribution center on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. How do I cancel my Reservation? At this time it is not possible to cancel your reservation online. Please call the ship-to store you selected at the time of reservation to cancel your reservation. The store phone number will be listed on the confirmation email you received. Is Sales Tax included? Sales tax is NOT included in the price shown on your reservation list. The applicable sales tax will be added when you pick up your merchandise in the store. Can I purchase a gift card and make a reservation in the same transaction? At this time, it is not possible to purchase a gift card and make a reservation in the same transaction. If you wish to do both at one time, please purchase your gift card in one transaction and make your online reservation in a second transaction. |
