Store Return Policy

Returns and exchanges can be made up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, with your refund issued to your original form of payment. Items returned after thirty (30) days from the purchase date will be refunded on a gift card for the current value of the item plus tax. Items returned to a store without a receipt or order confirmation will be refunded to a gift card for the store's lowest selling price plus tax.

We reserve the right to refuse any item that is past ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition as sold.

We reserve the right to deny any return if a customer does not have proof of purchase.

Store Price Adjustment Policy

Excluding seasonal merchandise, "as-is" items, and clearance items, Kirkland's offers a one-time price adjustment within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date if you have the original receipt.

To receive an adjustment for items purchased in a store, you must take your receipt to a Kirkland's or Bed Bath & Beyond Home store; adjustments cannot be made online or over the phone for items purchased in a store.

Doorbusters, Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday coupons, promotions and offers are not eligible for a price adjustment on previous purchases.

K Club

K Club is Kirkland's loyalty program that gives you access to exclusive member deals and insider surprises. As a member, you will receive special deals and offers available exclusively to our loyalty members. Plus, with every purchase you will earn points towards rewards.

With the closing of Kirklands.com, K Club members can continue to redeem rewards and earn points at Kirkland's store locations until further notice.

Sign up for free at your local Kirkland's store. You must be 16 years or older and a citizen of the US. Simply give the store associate your email address and first and last name. Accept the terms and conditions at the register, and you're in!

When making a transaction, let the store associate know you are a K Club member by providing your email address at checkout.

Earn 1 point per $1 spent in-store.

When you reach 150 points, you will automatically be issued a $5 reward for your next purchase.

If you reach 250 points within a calendar year, you will receive a bonus reward.

Kirkland's Credit Card

Please be advised that the program between Kirklands and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. ("Wells Fargo") will be ending on August 21, 2026. This means that your credit card may not be used to make new purchases after August 21, 2026. Your account will be closed on September 22, 2026. The terms of your credit card agreement with Wells Fargo will continue to apply to your account until any balance is paid in full.

Call 1-877-805-7744 to speak to a Wells Fargo customer service representative about your Kirkland's Credit Card and to get help with questions regarding account information, billing, phone payments, non-receipt of your card and/or statement, address changes, and account closures.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be redeemed in stores only.
Kirkland's Home / Bed Bath & Beyond Home gift cards can be used at any Kirkland's or Bed Bath & Beyond Home store. They cannot be used on bedbathandbeyond.com or containerstore.com.
Gift cards have no expiration date, no hidden fees, and can only be redeemed for merchandise.

Email: While visiting your local store, don't forget to sign up to receive Kirkland's emails to hear about our latest deals! To unsubscribe or change email preferences, follow the prompts at the bottom of the email.

SMS Mobile Program: Sign up to receive special offers by texting SAVE to KSAVES (572387). You will receive the following text message: "Welcome to KSAVES!" To opt into messages about Kirkland's offers and promotions, reply YES to receive a message detailing the program. Your first SMS coupon with discount code will follow immediately after. Coupon Restrictions

Be sure to read the information on each coupon carefully to understand the nature of the offer. Most coupons are not valid on previous purchases and are restricted to one per customer.

Coupons may not be combined with an employee discount or with any other coupon offer.
Coupons may not be used to purchase a gift card.
Copies are not allowed and Kirkland's coupons carry no cash value.

Military Service Discount

Kirkland's offers a 10% military service discount on all purchases made in stores year-round. Simply present your military ID to claim your in-store discount.

All active and retired military service personnel are eligible for this discount, which may be applied in conjunction with other promotions and discounts. The military service discount is not valid on Green Tag Clearance items.

Non-military service personnel (including doctors, nurses, firefighters, and police officers) are eligible to receive a 10% discount on service holidays like Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
